Hi my name is Cindy, I like to see myself more than just a registered nurse, wife, mother, and grandmother; I am a beacon of care and support.

My passion for helping others has guided me throughout my career in nursing, where I dedicated many years to the well-being of my patients. But over time, I realized I wanted to do more than just care for the sick—I wanted to help people feel truly well and vibrant.

That’s what led me to transition from nursing to health coaching. Now, I get to help people uncover their underlying health concerns and empower them to take control of their well-being.
